Hannes Trinkl inspects the Streif

FIS-Race Director Hannes Trinkl, responsible for the men’s speed races, had only just arrived in Kitzbühel when he was whizzed off to inspect the Streif and the condition of the race course. He could not have been more satisfied. “The Streif has been prepared to exemplary standards”, Trinkl explains, “I’m thrilled and must congratulate the Kitzbühel Ski Club for their excellent work.” Tomorrow, Trinkl will be setting the course together with Chief of Piste Herbert Hauser and Race Director Axel Naglich: “We want to use the race-course to it’s fullest potential.”
