Worldwide Television Coverage of the Kitzbühel Races

Television plays a very special role in media reporting and 20 public broadcasting authorities alone will be screening live coverage of the 76^th Hahnenkamm Races. Eurosport will be reporting in around 100 countries worldwide and NBC Sport, America’s football station par excellence, will be broadcasting both live and time-delayed reports from the World Cup event in Kitzbühel. Live broadcasts will be transmitted for the first time this year to Iceland, the Czech Republic and Netherlands. The fact that TV images of Hahnenkamm are to be broadcast in Korea is yet another novel development. Even in hot Brazil, residents are already looking forward to watching sports coverage of the exciting events from the Streif and Ganslern racecourses on TV.
