Gösser has supported the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm Races for many years. The well-known Austrian beer brand has come up with something very special for the Hahnenkamm Races 2016. The rear side of Gösser 0,5l bottles are adorned with ten different collector’s labels of the most spectacular Austrian Streif Downhill victories. All fans who upload a complete online album will be entered into a draw by Gösser for a VIP stay in Kitzbühel. Moreover, the lucky winner will present the Downhill winner with the golden Gösser Trophy. 100 day tickets for the Downhill and a ten year’s supply of Gösser Märzen Beer will also be raffled off amongst the participants.
Gösser use testimonials by Austrian ski legends, Hans Knauß and Michael Walchhofer in their current commercial spot. Together with ÖSV Downhill star, Hannes Reichelt, they talk of their racing triumphs on the Streif. „Our involvement in Kitzbühel boosts the public’s perception of us and increases sales. We hope to enhance Gösser’s image and the emotional bond to the brand through our sponsorship“., explained Stieber „We want to anchor Gösser in the hearts of the Austrians.“
