Poster Competition for the 2028 HKR Now Open
Creative minds from around the world are once again invited to design the official poster for the 88th Hahnenkamm Races. The creator of the winning design will receive €7,000 in prize money, together with an exclusive VIP invitation to the 2028 Hahnenkamm Races. The closing date for entries is 31 August 2026.
Since 1987, the international Poster Competition has been one of the Hahnenkamm Races' most cherished traditions. Once again this year, Kitzbühel Ski Club and BTV Vier Länder Bank are inviting artists and designers from around the world to create the official poster for the 88th Hahnenkamm Races.
The winning design will be used for the official promotion of the 2028 Hahnenkamm Races, appearing on posters, admission tickets, merchandise, the event website and a wide range of printed promotional material. In addition to €7,000 in prize money, the winner will receive an exclusive VIP invitation for two to attend the 2028 Hahnenkamm Races.
Only last week, Lasha Inashvili was announced as the winner of the 2027 Poster Competition. The Georgian artist claimed victory for the second time. You can find out more about the artist and his winning design here.
Key Information:
- The competition is open to individuals from anywhere in the world.
- Entries must be submitted digitally only to poster@hahnenkamm.com.
- Submission period: 1 July to 31 August 2026.
- A maximum of three designs may be submitted per person.
- All designs must exist as original artwork and must not have been created using artificial intelligence.
- All entrants will be informed of the jury's decision by December 2026.
